At Embellez, we are dedicated to delivering your favorite finds quickly and reliably. This Shipping Policy explains our process, timelines, and costs for orders within the United States.

1. Shipping Destinations

Currently, we ship to customers within the United States. We do not ship to PO Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), or restricted areas at this time.

2. Shipping Costs

We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders across the United States, with no minimum purchase required. There are no hidden fees or additional shipping charges at checkout.

3. Order Processing & Timelines

To give you a clear expectation of when your package will arrive, please refer to our delivery schedule:

  • Order Cut-off Time: 17:00 (5:00 PM) – (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time (London)
  • Order Processing Time: 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Transit Time: 5–10 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 6–13 business days

Please note: Orders placed after the cut-off time or during weekends/public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

4. Shipping Carriers & Tracking

We partner with reliable carriers to ensure your order arrives safely, including: Royal Mail, DPD, Evri / Hermes, and UPS.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing a tracking number so you can follow your journey every step of the way.

5. Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet our estimated delivery windows, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, such as carrier backlogs, extreme weather, or peak seasonal demand. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us so we can investigate.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us immediately at info@embellez.com We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

7. Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an insufficient address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment.
